1. Order Processing Time

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Custom units may require 3–7 business days for preparation.

Important Notes:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • During launches, sales, or holidays, processing may extend slightly.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.


3. Shipping Rates

4. Order Tracking

5. Signature Confirmation (Luxury Protection)

For high-value orders (over $___):

  • Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

  • This protects against lost or stolen packages.


6. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address:

    • Customer must pay re-shipping fees.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

  • If your package is marked delivered but not received:

    • Contact the carrier first.

    • File a claim if necessary.

  • We can assist with claims but are not liable for stolen packages.


8. International Duties & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

  • These charges are not included in shipping cost.

  • Refused packages due to customs fees will not be refunded.


9. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of packaging and product.

  • We will review and resolve promptly.
